I have had the pleasure of visiting Grand Strand Med Spa for a series of treatments, including Emface, Microneedeling, and Hyaluronic Acid treatments, and I am beyond impressed with the results!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and professional team who made me feel completely at ease. The spa is beautifully designed and has such a calming atmosphere—it was the perfect escape from the stresses of daily life.
Emface Treatment: I was initially a little skeptical about the Emface treatment, but after my session, I couldn’t believe the difference! The non-invasive facial contouring technology really lifted and toned my face, giving me a more youthful appearance without any downtime. My skin feels tighter, and the overall glow is amazing!
Microneedeling: The Microneedeling treatment was transformative! My skin looks smoother, with reduced fine lines and even texture. The results were almost immediate, and after a few days, my skin had a healthy, radiant glow. The process was quick, and the team ensured I was comfortable throughout.
Hyaluronic Acid (Exion Face): The Hyaluronic Acid treatment was the perfect complement to the other services. It plumped up areas of my face that had lost volume over the years and gave me a refreshed, natural look. I love how hydrated and smooth my skin feels now!

I have been to grand strand med spa several times now and I am in love with the results that I’ve been getting! I’ve gotten laser hair removal and after just one session my hair was almost completely gone and it was painless! My legs have never been softer after the laser hair removal! I’ve also done emface and microneedling which I love!! I’ve been told my skin has never looked better! This is THE med spa to get your treatments done! 10/10 definitely recommend this place!

I really had doubts as to if the hair removal system really worked or held up to all the hype. Let me tell you, it works and it is wonderful! I would have to shave upper lip, underarms, and down below every other day to keep things smooth. Then my Dentist, Brian K. Armstrong DMD, Grand Strand Dentistry, opened the Grand Strand Med Spa. After speaking with Ms. Zailey N. about the different services available, I decided to give the hair removal system a chance. I initially signed up for the lip and underarm removal. Because I saw results after two visits, I decided to add the down under (Brazilian) as well. Ms. Zailey is marvelous, she is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain the equipment, the process, and what to expect during and after the procedure. One more little thing I’d like to share with my more mature readers, anything grey will stay....... The grey does grow back, but it is thinner than before. Stop by and ask for Zailey to see what else is offered. Grand Strand Med Spa, this place is amazing!
